Holly

Holly Vesilind holds a Master of Arts in Education degree from Pepperdine University as well as a Bachelor of Music degree in flute performance from George Mason University, where she was the principal flutist. Mrs. Vesilind has played in the Iridescence Flute Trio, the AgAu Flute Quartet and the Pan American Symphony Orchestra. She has auditioned nationally for multiple symphonies and has had the privilege of studying with Anne Diener Zentner of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, Judith Lapple of the Air Force Band and GMU, Thomas Perazzoli of the National Symphony, and Stephani Stang of the Kennedy Center Orchestra. Mrs. Vesilind maintains a private teaching studio. She is the former Director of Music Programs for the Inner City Education Foundation family of schools and currently teaches general music in Fairfax County.

Lauren

Flutist Lauren Sileo performs frequently as soloist, chamber musician and orchestral player. She has performed throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Japan and Australia at major concert halls including Carnegie Hall, The New York Philharmonic's Avery Fisher Hall, The Kennedy Center in D.C and Dai-Ichi Seimei Hall in Tokyo. Sileo both performed and taught at New York University during the summer of 2007. Virginia born Lauren Sileo was accepted to The Juilliard School with the highest honor of Presidential Distinction, and was the only undergraduate flutist worldwide to be accepted for the 2002-2003 academic year. Sileo graduated with an Undergraduate Diploma in 2005. Her former teachers include Toshiko Kohno of the National Symphony Orchestra, and Robert Langevin of the New York Philharmonic. She has performed in master classes worldwide with prominent figures such as Julius Baker, Emmanuel Pahud, Michel Debost and Jeffrey Khaner. In 2003, American composer David Teie dedicated his Flute Concerto to Ms. Sileo, which she later recorded with members of the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center. Ms. Sileo enjoys freelancing in the Washington Metropolitan area as well as teaching privately in Northern Virginia.

Yvonne

Yvonne Kocur enjoys a varied performing and teaching career in the Northern Virginia area. She holds a Master of Music degree in flute performance from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Music degree in instrumental music education from the same institution. While at the university, she was principal flute with the Symphony Orchestra, and performed with various chamber ensembles. Now, Ms. Kocur performs regularly with the Capital Wind Symphony, the American Balalaika Symphony, and the Iridescence Trio. She is a frequent soloist at Westover Baptist Church, and plays locally with guitarist Simon Phillips. In May 2006, she was a member of the National Wind Ensemble, which performed in Carnegie Hall. Ms. Kocur has studied privately with Judith Lapple, Tadeu Coehlo, and Jill Felber. She is a member of the D.C. Federation of Musicians, the Flute Society of Washington, and the Friday Morning Music Club.
